Si vous possédez un appareil Surface, une mise à jour firmware pourrait être disponible dès à présent sur votre appareil. Microsoft a en effet délivré plusieurs mises à jour pour améliorer la stabilité, les performances et la sécurité de Surface Studio, Surface Pro (2017) et Surface Book.
Microsoft déploie régulièrement des mises à jour pour ses appareils Surface. Trois appareils sont concernés aujourd’hui et reçoivent de nouveaux pilotes. Pour Surface Studio, la liste des améliorations est importante et concerne de nombreux composants de l’appareil. Le Surface Book premier du nom est également bien servi puisque le changelog officiel mentionne de nombreuses améliorations. Enfin, pour la Surface Pro, seule la puce LTE est concernée et chose étonnante : la mise à jour est même délivrée aux Surface Pro qui n’intègrent pas de puce 4G.
Comme d'habitude, la mise à jour devrait s’installer automatiquement selon vos préférences de Windows Udate. Dans le cas contraire, il suffit de vous rendre dans Paramètres / Mise à jour et sécurité / Windows Update / et rechercher les mises à jour.
